The Patagonia catalog came out yesterday, and here are a few cool new books, videos and stories from the Valley.
First, a great gift for the climber you know – The new Patagonia catalog introduces a new book, “Yosemite in the Sixties.” The book features photos by Glen Denny & is being sold in 2 editions – Clothbound & Autographed/Boxed Edition. To check out or buy the book, click here.
Okay, another great gift idea might be Steph Davis’ book of essays and poems called “High Infatuation: A Climber’s Guide to Love and Gravity,” which you can buy here.
And finally, the Patagonia website has some other cool Yosemite stories , including videos, stories, and slide shows from Glen Denny, Lynn Hill, Katie Brown, Ron Kauk and Steph Davis.
Enjoy! I haven’t checked these out, but if you have, post a review!

i got an uncorrected proof copy of the steph davis book at the or show. i couldn’t stop reading it once i started. it’s interesting, well-written, humble and sincere. i knew she was a great climber, but i didn’t know she had done so many wild things, and i was also really interested in the parts about her relationships.
