Kickboxing meets Boot Camp. This is an all-inclusive workout. Cardio fitness with a martial arts flare combines intervals of bag work, body weight training, plyometrics, balance training, abs and much more! Appropriate for all fitness levels. Gloves available for bag work, but you are welcome to bring your own along with a towel and water!

The style is new and unlike any other method currently being taught. Heavily based on technique, this floor-work approach combines many original moves and functional stabilization positions as well as those that were created from foundations in yoga, Pilates and other disciplines.
