Sick Monkey

Sick Monkey is a new class with some old moves. This class is named after the type of people that will enjoy a good morning dose of sick intensity. We mix Crossfit workouts with some of our “greatest hits” to come up with something that is sure to please the class skeptics. Old school meets new school as you get your freak on first thing in the morning. This class is taught by Sloan Ashworth. (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Kick Boxing
Kickboxing meets Boot Camp. This is an all-inclusive workout. Cardio fitness with a martial arts flare combines intervals of bag work, body weight training, plyometrics, balance training, abs and much more! Appropriate for all fitness levels. Gloves available for bag work and towel service provided, just bring water and the desire to kick butt! This class is taught by Anita Nathan.

Abs/Core
The style is new and unlike any other method currently being taught. Heavily based on technique, this floor-work approach combines many original moves and functional stabilization positions as well as those that were created from foundations in yoga, Pilates and other disciplines. T.A.S.K. (Teamwork.Agility.Strength.Kinesis)
Tired of your same old, boring workout? Finding it difficult to make time for both your cardio and strength training? Improve upon your endurance and strength in this fun, heart-pumping, sport feeling, sweat-dripping, fat-burning workout and be prepared to have your T.A.S.K. kicked! This class is taught by Adam Lee.
WARNING: Short term effects may leave you fatigued, sore, disoriented and long term effects include feeling like one bad-mo-fo.

InnerStrength’s original concept of full body suspended training utilizing Chains hanging from a wall in ways to attack your entire body from the inside out. An intense exclusive program for everyone! This class is taught by Matt Royka, Anita Nathan, Sloan Ashworth, and Jonathan Schmidt.

*If a customer pays the drop in rate ($25) and afterward decides to purchase the package ($199) of unlimited classes, we will allow them to pay the cost of the package, less the cost of ONE drop in class, for the unlimited package ($174). Limit of one drop in class subtraction. Limit one adjustment per customer. Limit one adjustment per session. (Receipt or other proof of purchase required.)
