Important Waiver Information
All participants must fill out a liability waiver. For those under 18 years of age, the child’s parent or court-appointed legal guardian must sign the liability waiver. Download it now.
Birthday Party Package
- $250 for up to 10 climbers
- $15 for each additional climber (1 pizza and 1 belayer for every 5 additional climbers)
- 20 climbers maximum
Package includes:
- 1-1/2 hours of climbing followed by 1/2 hour up on the party mezzanine
- Harnesses for all climbers
- Two pizzas, drinks, and paper products
- Three staff belayers to help get the kids up and down the walls
- A Climb Nashville t-shirt for the birthday boy or girl
- Add a custom cake from Maggie Moo’s! ($30 for 10-15 person cake, $35 for 15-25 person cake)
- Add custom and personalized Rock Climbing Invitations for $1 each (see a sample)
Standard party start times are:
- Fridays at 6pm
- Saturdays at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, or 6pm
- Sundays at 12pm, 2pm, or 4pm
Other Items
- Please email us at Groups for more details or call the gym to schedule your party
- Please do not bring balloons, pinatas, confetti, or noise-makers
- Kids should wear tennis shoes and clothing that allows flexibility
- We can provide additional staff belayers at $25.00 each for up to two hours if notified upon booking
$50 nonrefundable deposit and reservation required at least two weeks in advance
