Everyone at Climb Nashville must sign our “Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk” (also known as Liability Waiver) before participating. We do not accept any other document in place of our Liability Waiver. A permission slip, even if it has a parent’s signature, is not accepted. We need you to READ and sign our Liability Waiver.
Everyone under 18 years old (yes, even if your 18th birthday is tomorrow) must have their PARENT or COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL GUARDIAN sign the Liability Waiver for them. NO EXCEPTIONS. A grandparent, sibling, friend, etc., over the age of 18 DOES NOT QUALIFY. (“Power of Attorney”, medical or otherwise, does not mean “court-appointed legal guardian”.)
