(Members* Only Hours- Mon-Fri: 9am – Noon)
Saturday: 9am – 10pm
Sunday: Noon – 6pm
*Members are defined as 3, 6 and 12 month
Getting here
We are located in Nashville (Sylvan Park) near the intersection of West End and 440, right next to the Nashville Ballet. Feel free to use the interactive map below to help you find our location. Please note that Mapquest may get you lost so follow these directions!
From 440 heading west (towards Memphis):
- Take the West End exit towards town (East)
- After merging on West End, turn left at the first redlight, Murphy Road.
- Follow Murphy Road under the railroad overpass and take the first right, 37th Avenue North.
- Go straight through a stop sign, stay left and after the railroad overpass, take the first right, Redmon St.
- Climb Nashville is dead ahead on the left!!
From 440 heading east (towards Knoxville)
- Take the West End/Murphy Road exit.
- Turn right onto Murphy Road
- Follow Murphy Road under the railroad overpass and take the first right, 37th Avenue North.
- Go straight through a stop sign, stay left and after the railroad overpass, take the first right, Redmon.
- Climb Nashville is dead ahead on the left!!
